Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

 

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. For orders within Australia, we offer complimentary shipping via 5-7 day Standard Post with tracking included. If you require Express Post, you can select this option during checkout for an additional fee.

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. While we are dedicated to delivering our products to you as swiftly as possible, please understand that Same Yet Different cannot assume responsibility for shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers. If your order has not arrived within the specified time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@sameyetdifferent.com

International Shipping

 

We proudly offer international shipping to most countries around the world. Similar to domestic orders, all international orders are dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle within 1-3 business days of your purchase. International orders will incur additional shipping costs, which will be determined at the time of your purchase.

 

Please note that international shipping typically takes between 10 to 30 business days. As with domestic shipping, Same Yet Different cannot be held liable for any shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers. If your international order does not reach you within the specified time frame, kindly inform us at sales@sameyetdifferent.com

 

Additionally, it's important to understand that Same Yet Different cannot assume responsibility for any duties, import fees, or charges associated with the importation of goods into your country. Please familiarise yourself with your local customs regulations and fees before placing an international order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: Our return policy covers a 14-day window from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email sales@sameyetdifferent.com requesting a refund with the receipt as proof of purchase. Mats cannot be returned if they are damaged due to being utilised for a purpose for which they were not intended. The mats are created and manufactured to be utilised on a pilates reformer in standard room temperatures. The mats are not designed for use directly on the floor, in extreme temperatures or to be exposed to harsh cleaning agents or direct sunlight. If mats are used for any purpose other than the above and damage occurs, a refund will not be considered. 

 

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund process will commence, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within 14 days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds: Should you not receive your refund within the 14 day period, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at sales@sameyetdifferent.com

 

Exchanges: Exchanges are available only in the presence of defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at sales@sameyetdifferent.com so we can arrange this for you. 

 

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded amount.
